3 steps to get your ideal holiday home

  1. Choose your favorite property from our selection and check the availability of your desired time in our booking calender.
  2. Send us a filled out online form and you will receive a confirmation within 24 hours.
  3. Please transfer the deposit of 30% of the total amount please within 3 working days by bank transfer to a German account. Upon receipt of your deposit, you will receive the final confirmation of your booking. Please transfer the remainder of the fee at the latest 4 weeks before your arrival

For each property there will be a deposit which has to be paid, latest at arrival or before hand through bank transfer. The amount depends and varies depending on the holiday home and ranges between 250-500 €. The refund will be handed out normally at departure, either in cash, bank transfer or Paypal.

Booking

You can reach your holiday home easily via ferry boat or plane.

You can get a rental car easily at the airport from one of the countless offers. We recommend to book the rental car in advance, to receive the most cost-efficient offer.

From Olbia airport you will need only around 30 minutes to your holiday home.

If you arrive with your own car, you can easily book your ferry boat through the ferry companies Moby Lines, Corsica Ferries or Grimaldi Lines. These ferries start from the ports of Genua and Livorno directly to Olbia or Golfo Aranci. Further south there are the other ports of Piombino and Civitavecchia.

The ferry time depends on the port from which you departure. It can take between 6 to 11 hours. There are day and night trips.

Check-in/ Check-out

Regular check-in is after 16:00. The check-out must occur until 10:00.

Depending on the availability of the property, it is possible to arrange different times for arrival and departure. For arrival and departure outside the time period of 08:00-20:00, a service fee of 10€ will be charged.
